New Advisory Board Member

Harmonychain is pleased to announce that we are expanding our advisory board. We are proud to present Taras Kulyk as our second member of this Advisory Board. We expect more members to join in the coming months.

Taras Kulyk, JD, MBA is bringing extensive experience in digital asset mining, FinTech, and investment banking. Most recently, he was employed as Core Scientifics Senior Vice President of Growth. His main areas of focus was providing best-in-class blockchain infrastructure and hosting services, growth of digital asset mining operations, and pioneering innovative financial products and services through blockchain technology.

The Company shall issue the Advisors Holding Company, SunnySide Consulting & Holdings, Inc, a stock option to purchase 1,000,000 shares (“Option Shares”) of the Company's common stock at an exercise price equal to one Norwegian Crown and 8 øre (1.08 NOK) per share + 15% of the difference between the Strike and Market Price (the 15% is to cover taxes owed to the Norwegian State for exercising the options) as a one off. The option agreement is within the power of attorney that was put forward to the Annual General Meeting for approval in April 2022, and will run to expiry on the 1st of April 2024. In addition to the stock option package, the Company shall also pay one-hundred thousand Norwegian Crowns (100,000 NOK) per year.
