Lokotech Enters Into Framework Agreement with Canadian Distributor and miner AsicXchange.

Lokotech is pleased to announce that it has entered into a framework agreement with AsicXchange ltd for the procurement of Lokotech’s hashblades.

The agreement includes a small start-up order of 128 hashblades or equivalent hardware in existing or coming form factors intended as commercial samples. AsicXchange has deposited a security deposit for the startup-order.

Aside from regulating normal commercial terms of the first purchase, Lokotech Group will also support AsicXchange business areas through an increased level of partnership with Lokotech Groups other subsidiaries.

AsicXchange is a Canadian company with a global customer base. They have sold over 100 M USD in cryptocurrency mining related hardware since it’s inception in 2020. The track record shows 120 000 units over 4 years and turns over approximately 3 000 units per month so far in 2024. The company also owns and operates approximately 36 MW of fully equipped data centers across the globe.
