With reference to the stock exchange announcements the 06.01.2025, 23.12.2024, and 20.12.2024

Following the completed registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret), the new share capital of the Company is NOK 9,224,942.35, divided into 184,498,847 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
