Increase in share capital registered

Lokotech Group AS (“Lokotech Group” or “the Company”) With reference to stock exchange notice on 22nd of August 2024.

Following the completed registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret), the new share capital of the Company is NOK 8,799,942.35, divided into 175,998,847 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.
