Harmonychain AS applies for registration on N-OTC to protect business-critical trade secrets and at the same time ensure liquidity in the company’s shares
In connection with the private placement in Harmonychain, the objective was to list the company on Euronext Growth around 8 March 2021, subject to, among other things, the Oslo Stock Exchange’s approval of an application for admission to trading. The Oslo Stock Exchange has informed the company that the listing committee at the Oslo Stock Exchange needs further information about the company and its technology in order to be able to make a decision on admission to trading.
According to the company’s assessment, the requested information will be difficult to make publicly available without risking harming the company’s and shareholders in Harmonychain’s interests by disclosing business-critical trade secrets. As a result, the company will initially apply for registration on N-OTC to ensure liquidity in the company’s shares. The company further plans to conduct new independent surveys related to the company’s technology to satisfy the Oslo Stock Exchange’s desire for further information without information that the company considers to be business-critical having to be made public. The company’s ambition is still for the company’s shares to be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth.
