Harmonychain AS oversubscribed private placement of NOK 110 million registered in Foretaksregisteret

2.3.2021: Reference is made to the approval by the extraordinary general meeting of the oversubscribed private placement of 16. february 2021 and the final decisions by the Company’s board of directors based on the level of subscription in the Private Placements. A total of 61,000,000 new shares were issued at a subscription price of NOK 1.80 per share, each with a par value of NOK 0.05 per share.

Following the resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting, the new share capital, the new number of shares and the par value of each share have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

Share capital: NOK 8,660,000

Number of shares: 173,200,000

Par value of each share: NOK 0.05

The shares issued in the Private Placements are expected to be delivered in VPS as soon as practically possible.
